Eric Karls is a former Physical Education/Health teacher from Chicago, IL where he incorporated Kettlebells into the classroom.  He was a Varsity and Sophomore Football coach and served as the off-season Strength and Conditioning Coach. 

After playing three years of collegiate football, Eric returned home and received a BS degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois-Chicago.  He later received his Master’s degree in Education from Concordia University.  In September of 2008, Eric became an RKC (Russian Kettlebell Certified) instructor, placing him among a select group of elite trainers within the United States!  

 Eric and his family have recently moved to Lexington, KY were they will give 6FT FITNESS a proper home.  Also, with the birth of their newest daughter June Elizabeth, the 6FT family has grown even stronger!
